We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Block Sales Officer to manage sales activities within the assigned block. The candidate will be responsible for increasing product visibility, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and dealers.
Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
Ensure timely order booking and payment collection.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG or similar sector).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with local geography and market.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
