Job Summary:

Care India Finvest Limited is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence in Charkhi Dadri . The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Conduct field visits and meet retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
Maintain proper documentation and daily reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 2 – 4 Years in Field Sales
Education Qualification: 12th Pass
Preferred Industry Background:
- FMCG
- Retailing
- Hospitality
- Furniture
- Wholesaler & Distribution

❌ Candidates from Banking or Real Estate industry will NOT be considered

Skills Required:

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of local market (Charkhi Dadri region)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently in the field
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Compensation:

Salary Range: ₹17,000 – ₹26,000 per month
Incentive: ₹25,000 (Quarterly Performance-Based Incentive)
