Field Sales Officer

We are hiring Field Sales Officers for an exciting on-ground project promoting Amazon Pay services. The role involves engaging with local retailers, educating them about Amazon Pay, and ensuring successful onboarding.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 8–10 stores per day in assigned areas to promote Amazon Pay.

• Educate shop owners about features and benefits of Amazon Pay services.

• Close sales through cold calling, in-person meetings, and effective follow-ups.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.

• Develop creative strategies to boost reach and adoption.

• Share daily performance updates and market feedback with the team.

• Maintain and grow the merchant/store database.

📌 Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0 to 6 months in field sales preferred (freshers welcome)

• Bike and valid driving license are mandatory

• Must have good communication and convincing skills

• Basic smartphone and computer knowledge required

• Comfortable with field work and daily reporting

💰 Salary (In-CTC): ₹20,000 – ₹29,500/month

• Incentives based on performance
