Actively identify and approach prospective merchants for Amazon Pay onboarding.
Perform 15–20 field visits daily, including door-to-door and scheduled appointments.
Close sales through various techniques such as cold calling, on-site presentations, and referrals.
Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Continuously research and develop new sales strategies and market opportunities.
Provide daily performance reports and field feedback to management.
Maintain and expand the merchant database to ensure updated records and follow-ups.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher education is a plus).
Experience: 1 to 4 years in field sales or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including cold calling, negotiation, and closing strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently.
Proficiency in using smartphones, basic computer applications, and sales tracking tools.
Must own a bike with a valid driving license for daily field travel.
Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment and meet daily visit targets.
