We are looking for freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience who are willing to build a strong career in field sales. Key Responsibilities: Meet dealers, distributors, and retailers to promote and sell company products. Generate new leads and maintain regular follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the manager. Provide daily market reports and updates. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Support marketing activities and product promotions. Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills: Good communication and selling skills. Basic understanding of sales processes. Willingness to travel for field visits. Self-motivated and target-driven. Basic smartphone and MS Office knowledge.
