📌 Job Summary

The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and ensuring strong product visibility within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Visit salons, beauty parlors, spas, and distributors regularly within the assigned territory.

✅ Promote and sell Biolume skincare, haircare, and professional salon products.

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets and market coverage objectives.

✅ Generate new business opportunities and onboard potential customers.

✅ Maintain strong relationships with salon owners, beauticians, and distributors.

✅ Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at partner outlets.

✅ Generate repeat orders and improve customer retention.

✅ Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

✅ Coordinate with trainers and the sales team to support promotional activities.

✅ Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market updates.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

✔ Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.

✔ 1–3 years of field sales experience.

✔ Experience in skincare, cosmetics, salon products, FMCG, or beauty industry preferred.

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

✔ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
