Recruit, train, and develop individual insurance agents (advisors).
Motivate agents to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Support agents with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
Drive sales through the agent network for life insurance, health insurance, or general insurance products.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
Monitor and review agent performance regularly.

Graduate in any stream (preferred).
Experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an added advantage.
