Field Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop individual insurance agents (advisors).

• Motivate agents to achieve sales targets and business growth.

• Support agents with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.

• Drive sales through the agent network for life insurance, health insurance, or general insurance products.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.

• Monitor and review agent performance regularly.
