Position: Field Officer (Service)

Work Location: Pune (Kothrud, Dehuroad, Hinjewadi, Baner, Wakad, Warje, Narhe)

Key Responsibilities:

Bajaj Pay Soundbox devices ka installation, servicing aur replacement karna.

Merchant complaints resolve karna (device not working / connectivity / replacement).

Assigned daily service calls complete karna aur merchant satisfaction ensure karna.

Service reports / forms update karna.

Field visits ke through customer support provide karna.

Requirements:

Bike & Smartphone mandatory.

Minimum 12th Pass (ITI / Graduate preferred).

Service / field work ka experience preferred, freshers welcome.

Basic technical knowledge (Soundbox / device handling).

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹16,500 (Attendance based)

Petrol Allowance: ₹1,800
