Role: Lifestyle Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financing of consumer lifestyle products (mobiles, gadgets, electronics, fashion, furniture, etc.) through partner stores.

• Generate leads and convert walk-in customers into finance customers.

• Explain loan/EMI schemes to customers and assist with application processing.

• Coordinate with retail partners and ensure smooth point-of-sale financing.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Ensure proper KYC and documentation compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• 0–1 years of sales/finance/retail experience (freshers with good communication skills can apply).

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven and customer-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and loan process will be an added advantage.
