Field Sales Officer

• Visit and manage allocated lifestyle retail shops in the assigned area.

• Promote Bajaj Finance consumer durable loans to customers purchasing lifestyle appliances (TVs, washing machines, ACs, etc.).

• Assist customers in understanding EMI options and complete loan processing.

• Maintain good relationships with shop owners and staff to ensure smooth business operations.

• Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement and conversions.

• Collect and verify customer documents for loan applications.

• Provide daily updates to the reporting manager on sales and performance.

Skills Required:

• Strong sales and persuasion skills

• Good communication and customer-handling abilities

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using digital tools
