Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA).

• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA sales goals set by the bank.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding customer banking needs.

• Market Research: Conduct outreach and identify potential clients through local market studies.

• Cross-Selling: Promote other banking products and services to increase revenue.

• Reporting: Prepare regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
