Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Implementation
Assist in designing, planning, and rolling out community development and outreach projects within the AU CASA framework.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, corporate partners, housing complexes, shopping centres, government bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
Permissions & Liaison
Secure required permissions for events or field activities; coordinate with authorities, property managers, and local officials.
Community Outreach & Fundraising
Organize and execute awareness campaigns, workshops, and fundraising events; cultivate donor relationships through effective communication and presentations.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track programme milestones, collect qualitative and quantitative data, prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and funders.
Administrative Support
Maintain updated databases, manage documentation, prepare briefing materials, and support budgeting and financial planning.
Field Visits
Conduct regular site visits to assess community needs, oversee activities, and liaise with field teams. Travel and occasional overnight stays expected.
