Job Description

Generate new leads through field visits, calling, references and business networking.
Meet customers and understand their loan/financial requirements.
Promote Arthvritti's financial products and services.
Identify suitable loan products based on customer eligibility.
Collect required customer documents and application information.
Coordinate with the internal processing team, banks, NBFCs and other financial partners.
Follow up with customers from lead generation to application, approval and disbursement.
Maintain regular communication with customers and referral partners.
Develop relationships with CAs, accountants, property dealers, builders, automobile dealers, business owners and other potential referral sources.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
