Field Sales Officer

Title: Loan Officer – Secured & Unsecured Lending

Location: Noida, UP Experience Required: 4–5 years in financial services, specifically in secured (e.g., housing Job loans, loan against property) and unsecured (e.g., personal loans, business loans) lending within banks or NBFCs

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Area Credit Manager / Regional Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales

• Identify and acquire new clients for both secured and unsecured loan products through direct sales, referrals, and partnerships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets across loan categories.

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, automobile dealers, and financial consultants.

• ·Promote cross-selling opportunities for other financial products offered by the organization.

• Professional Experience

• 4–5 years of experience in loan processing, credit assessment, or sales within banks or NBFCs.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing loan portfolios.
