Sales Officer – Gold Loan

Job Responsibilities

• Generate Gold Loan customers through field visits, cold calling, references, and marketing activities.

• Follow up on branch leads and convert them into customers.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Meet at least 10 new customers daily and maintain daily sales reports.

• Explain Gold Loan schemes, interest, renewal, and other product details to customers.

• Coordinate with the branch team for smooth customer onboarding.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and customer meetings.

• Build good customer relationships and generate referrals.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC / Sales.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Experience in field sales and lead generation.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
