Field Sales Officer – Packaged Drinking Water

• Minimum 10th / 12th / Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in FMCG or water bottle sales preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)

• Willing to work in field and meet daily targets

• Basic knowledge of billing, orders, and collections

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients (retailers, offices, hospitality), meet sales targets, and expand customer base.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

• Product Promotion: Educate clients on product features, benefits, and unique selling points; ensure optimal in-store product placement and displays.

• Order Management: Process orders efficiently and coordinate with delivery teams for timely fulfillment.

• Market Intelligence: Gather feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

• Reporting: Track sales performance and provide reports, often using CRM software.
