Territory Sales Officer (TSO) – Lubricants / Engine Oil
Job Summary
The Territory Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of the company's engine oil and lubricant products. The role involves developing distributor and retailer networks, increasing product availability, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company’s engine oil and lubricant products in the assigned territory.
Develop and appoint new distributors, dealers, retailers, and mechanics to expand the sales network.
Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and dealers to ensure business growth.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Support distributors in increasing secondary sales and product availability in the market.
Collect market orders and coordinate for timely delivery.
Follow up on payments and maintain healthy receivable levels.
Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Assist in executing promotional activities, schemes, and branding initiatives in the market.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
2–5 years of sales experience preferred in the Engine Oil / Lubricant segment.
