पद का नाम: ग्राहक मित्र (Grahak Mitra)

स्थान: बिहार, झारखंड और उत्तर प्रदेश के विभिन्न कार्यक्षेत्र

आयु सीमा: 18 से 30 वर्ष

शैक्षणिक योग्यता: न्यूनतम इंटरमीडिएट (12वीं पास)

आवश्यक दस्तावेज: आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, 10वीं और 12वीं का मार्कशीट

अनुभव: नए अभ्यर्थी (Fresher) और 6 माह या उससे अधिक अनुभव वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

अपने निर्धारित क्षेत्र में सभी उधारकर्ताओं के साथ मुख्य संपर्क व्यक्ति के रूप में कार्य करना।
कम आय वर्ग के ग्राहकों को ऋण सेवाएँ प्रदान करना तथा नए ऋण उत्पादों का प्रचार करना।
ग्राहकों से मिलकर उनके व्यवसाय की आवश्यकता और ऋण योग्यता का मूल्यांकन करना।
ऋण आवेदन प्रक्रिया में सहायता करना और फील्ड विजिट के माध्यम से व्यवसाय की विश्वसनीयता की जांच करना।
चयनित क्षेत्रों में ग्रुप गठन बैठकों का आयोजन करना और व्यवसाय विस्तार को बढ़ावा देना।
अनिवार्य समूह प्रशिक्षण (CGT) आयोजित करना और समूह मान्यता परीक्षण (GRT) का संचालन करना।
समय पर ऋण वितरण और उसका कलेक्शन सुनिश्चित करना तथा पोर्टफोलियो की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखना (ZERO PAR लक्ष्य)।
ऋण कार्ड और रिकॉर्ड अपडेट रखना तथा शाखा/क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय को सही और समय पर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करना।
