Job Summary
ABC Paint Company is looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kathedan, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, business growth, and building strong customer relationships. This is a field-based role that requires regular market visits and direct interaction with dealers, contractors, retailers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers, dealers, retailers, and project sites in the assigned territory.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Promote and sell the company's paint products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments.
Submit daily sales and visit reports to management.
Requirements
Passion for sales, growth, and career development.
Willingness to travel extensively in the field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Prior experience in paint, building materials, construction products, or FMCG sales is preferred.
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate (preferred).
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
