Field Sales Officer

Job Title: Sales Officer (Home Loans)

Key Responsibilities:

• Area Mapping:- Regularly map the assigned area lane-by-lane to find new customers.

- Share updates with the manager.

• Source Management:- Build and manage relationships with leads and sources in the area.

• Reporting:- Maintain daily activity and sales reports in the given format. ·

• Channel Partner Recruitment:- Identify and onboard new channel partners (BSAs) as per company guidelines. ·

• Team Meetings:- Attend daily team huddles and share relevant updates.

• Relationship:- Guide customers on HDFC products, collect documentation, and provide after-sales support.

Required Skills: ·

• Good knowledge of local geography

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Sales and negotiation skills

• Basic documentation and report writing

• Understanding of loan process and eligibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
