Job Description

*Field Sales Officer – Government Bank Branch Sales (Final)**Location:* Your respective district – you will be assigned a dedicated circular office at the main government bank branch in that district.*Key Responsibilities*- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bank branch officers.- Conduct product demos and negotiate contracts for POS terminals.- Ensure KYC is completed for every account opened for a POS machine.- Achieve a minimum of 7 installations per month (Rs 700 each); earn Rs 800 for every installation beyond the 7th.- Handle 30‑35 applications per month through effective communication.*Compensation*- Variable salary: Rs 700 per installation for the first 7 installations, Rs 800 for each additional installation.- Performance‑based incentives and quarterly bonuses.*Eligibility*- Fresh graduates or candidates who have completed a specialization such as BBA, MBA, or any relevant degree are welcome to apply.- Prior B2B sales experience (especially in banking/financial products) is a plus but not mandatory.- Willingness to travel within the assigned district and work from the circular office.*Benefits*- Professional certification provided upon meeting minimum work requirements, supporting further career growth.- Ongoing training and a supportive work environment.*How to Apply*Send your résumé 9838658757 with the subject line *“Field Sales Officer – Govt Bank Branch”*.We look forward to welcoming a motivated sales professional to our team.
