Field Sales Manager

Job brief : We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to help us expand our client. You will be part of a passionate & energetic sales team to provide the best solutions to customers.

Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.

Responsibilities:  EPC sales of solar projects (Rooftops/ground mounted)  Meet the sales target of solar projects as per the organization  Generation of business leads & arrange business meetings with prospective clients  Coordinate with other stake holders and submission of techno-commercial proposals to customers  Providing sales target plan to key stake holders  Support to design team & execution team for smooth completion of projects & follow up with customers for commercial closure of project  Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support  Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers  Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders  Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions  Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products Requirements and skills:  Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive  Experience in solar company more than 3 to 12 years  Proven record of sales growth  Experience in marketing, or a sales-related field  Knowledge of solar projects and equipment for selling the projects  Experience in lead generation  Sharp negotiation and networking skills  Organizational skills  Problem-solving skills  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
