Field Sales Manager

A Sales and Marketing Officer in the fabric and textile market is responsible for driving sales growth and building relationships with customers. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, developing marketing campaigns, and nurturing client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. 

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying and approaching potential customers (wholesalers, retailers, etc.). 

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. 

  • Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue growth. 

  • Following up on leads and orders. 

  • Monitoring market conditions, competitor activities, and product innovations. 

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote fabric products. 

  • Utilizing digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, social media). 

  • Preparing marketing reports and analyzing data. 

  • Contributing to the development of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.). 

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the textile or fabric industry. 

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. 

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, social media).  

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools.
