Roles & Responsibilities:
· Negotiate deals and close sales
· Stay updated on market trends and competitors
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Improve sales approaches and strategies regularly
· Discover new business opportunities through calls, leads, and networking
· Work with the technical team to prepare proposals and presentations
· Present company products and services to potential customers
· Achieve monthly sales targets
Candidate Criteria:
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales or distribution sales
· Graduation is mandatory
· Must be a Bangalore local for at least 3 years
· Strong understanding of team management and field sales processes
