Field Sales Manager

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join our team at Tekpillar. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹30000 and prospects of growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 8–15 field sales executives or officers 

• Drive sales of products/services (financial products, FMCG, telecom, etc.) within assigned territory 

• Set and monitor team targets; ensure monthly and quarterly goal achievement 

• Conduct regular field visits, training, and joint sales calls with the team 

• Analyze local market trends and execute area-specific business plans 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different Fields sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
