Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct sales planning and forecasting for your assigned territory.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales gaps.
Drive execution of campaigns and promotional activities with advisors.
Track daily sales performance and take proactive measures to improve outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduation in any stream (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing – preferably in Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, or related sectors
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Confident in handling objections and closing deals.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
