Job Description

1. *Should maintain a healthy relation between team member and Company.*

2. *Capability to support & sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance.*

3. *Skilled in identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibilities to the team while ensuring effective coordination amongst all.*

4. *Expertise in imparting training to new members of the team and retraining of older CC’s, monitoring performance and comparing to the month’s objective.*

5. *Formulating plan & solution to assure achievement of agreed to volume & profit objectives.*

6. *Complete painting and décor knowledge.*

7. *Work with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of products & designs for their home décor makeover.*
