🎯 Role Objective
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales, onboarding and managing retailers/distributors, ensuring smooth execution of mobile handset sales integrated with key locking and mobile finance solutions within the assigned territory.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Drive primary and secondary sales for mobile handsets and finance-enabled devices
Onboard, manage, and expand retailer & distributor network
Ensure proper installation, activation, and usage of key locking / device locking solutions
Coordinate with finance partners / NBFCs / fintech platforms for EMI-based sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor stock availability, sell-through, and market execution
Train retailers on product features, finance process, documentation, and compliance
Handle field-level issues related to device lock/unlock, EMI defaults, and customer escalations
Share daily/weekly sales reports and market insights
Track competitor activities and share actionable feedback with the team
🧠 Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of mobile handset distribution & retail sales
Hands-on experience with key locking / device locking solutions
Knowledge of mobile finance / EMI / BNPL processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Data-driven reporting and territory planning
🎓 Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (MBA – preferred)
2–5 years of relevant experience ONLY in:
Mobile Handsets Sales
Key Locking / Device Locking Solutions
Mobile Finance / Consumer Durables Finance
