We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales for our furniture products. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with architects, interior designers, businesses, and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential clients such as architects, interior designers, builders, hotels, offices, and institutions
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, and networking
Present and explain product offerings (modular furniture, office furniture, custom solutions)
Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements
Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the production and design team for smooth execution
Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer preferences
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in field sales (Furniture / Interior / Building materials preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of furniture, interiors, or construction industry (preferred)
Ability to travel locally and manage field work independently
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and quotation handling
