Field Sales Manager

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth for interior and exterior design & execution services through client acquisition, field sales visits, and team management. The role involves developing new business opportunities, meeting clients on-site, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of field sales executives.

• Generate new business opportunities for interior & exterior projects (residential, commercial, corporate).

• Conduct field visits to meet potential clients, architects, contractors, and builders.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure business growth.

• Develop strategies to improve market presence and build client base.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to management.

• Support the sales team in client meetings, negotiations, and closures.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements in pricing/strategy.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior/exterior design & execution industry.

• Proven experience in field sales and team handling.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to motivate, guide, and manage a sales team.

• Good networking with architects, corporates, contractors, and builders.

• Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused.
