Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives and Sales Managers to lead and expand our Residential Solar Sales operations in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in direct residential sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads for residential solar rooftop installations.
Conduct site visits and evaluate customer requirements for solar solutions.
Present and explain technical and financial aspects of solar products to clients.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential customers and channel partners.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the solar domain.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Residential Solar Sales or similar field.
Strong knowledge of solar rooftop systems and renewable energy solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
Must be willing to travel locally within Ahmedabad and Vadodara.
