Job Description – Field Sales Executive (ShinePoints Software)

We are hiring energetic Field Sales Executives for ShinePoints (ShineEdtech Projects Pvt Ltd). Your role will be to promote and pitch ShinePoints Reward Points Software to retail shop owners, onboard them for a free trial, and later convert them into paid customers.

Work Responsibilities:

Visit 10–15 shops daily (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.)

Explain software benefits & onboard shopkeepers to 1-month free trial

Convert them to annual plan at ₹999/year after trial

Hire and manage Channel Partners (they earn ₹300 commission per shop sale)

Achieve 60 store tie-ups/month to unlock incentives

Report progress daily via mobile app (no office visit needed)

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

Freshers eligible

Good communication in regional language + basic English

Salary & Incentives:

12th Pass → ₹25,000/month (approx.) take-home

Graduate → ₹31,000/month (approx.) take-home

Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment after target

Travel Allowance: ₹100/day (extra, above salary)
