We are looking for energetic and motivated field sales executive to join Shine points team. In this role you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our Shine points - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits.
Key responsibilities:
Meet and pitch the ShinePoint Software to retail store owners in your city (any area).
Achieve the revenue target as a multiple of monthly salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.
Hire channel partners under you and push the sales via channel partners or agents
Built and maintain good relationships with retailers and channel partners/agents for long term partnership.
Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotly.
Work mode and timing
Work mode: Field work , no need to come to the office daily
Timings :9 AM - 5 PM
Working days: Monday - Saturday ( 6 days/ week)
Process:Probation followed by full time employment.
Eligibility criteria:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Freshers are eligible.
Good communication skills in regional language and basic English.
