About the Role:
Join us as a Field Sales Executive to promote ShinePoints – Reward Points Software to retail shops in your area. Your job is to meet store owners, explain the benefits, and sign them up for a Free 1-Month Trial (₹999/year after trial).

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• 12th Pass: ₹25,000/month take-home + Incentives

• Graduates: ₹31,000/month take-home + Incentives

• Transport Allowance: ₹100/day

• Incentives: ₹250 per shop above target

• Probation: 1 month → Full-time confirmation
