Location - ALL Haryana
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop Insurance Advisors / Agents
- Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets
- Drive life insurance sales through agency channel
- Achieve monthly and yearly business targets
- Support agents in closing deals and customer meetings
- Build strong relationships with agents and customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)
- Freshers Not Eligible
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years sales experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
