1. Expertise in Dental Implants: The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of dental implants, staying abreast of industry trends and product advancements to effectively communicate our offerings.
2. Clinic Visits and Demonstrations: Conduct visits to clinics for product demonstrations, ensuring that our dental implant solutions are effectively showcased to potential customers.
3. Customer Interaction: Address inquiries and engage with both new and existing customers, fostering strong relationships, and providing necessary information about our products.
4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the respective state head to achieve the overall sales targets, contributing actively to the success of the team.
5. Daily Reporting: Submit daily reports to the respective state head, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges encountered during client interactions.
6. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a daily work plan, strategically managing time and resources to effectively follow up with clients, maximizing sales opportunities.
7. Doctor Requirements: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each doctor's needs and preferences, ensuring personalized service and product recommendations.
8. Segmentation of Doctors: Categorize doctors based on their practice, streamlining communication and tailoring product offerings to meet the specific requirements of different practices.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate degree and 3-5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
