Location: Baner/Bavdhan/Balewadi Highstreet, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads and generate new prospects through networking and cold calling.
Conduct client meetings, explain project details, and arrange site visits.
Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Maintain customer databases and update sales reports regularly.
Collaborate with marketing and sourcing teams to ensure lead quality.
Requirements:
1–3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities
Willingness to travel for property showings and client visits.
