The Field Relationship Manager (FRM) plays a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive field visits and relationship management. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, customer service, and local market knowledge.
Identify, approach, and convert potential customers through field visits and local networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct door-to-door marketing, corporate tie-ups, and participate in on-ground promotional activities and events.
Follow up with leads generated through various channels (online, walk-ins, events, referrals).
Provide personalized service to high-value customers and resolve their queries promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, service) to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools or manual logs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and relationship targets.
12th/Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration).
6 Months–10 years of experience in field sales or relationship management (experience in automobile industry is a plus).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable with regular travel and fieldwork within assigned territory.
Knowledge of local geography and customer demographics is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy .
