We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager with 1–4 years of experience who can drive B2B and B2C sales, build strong customer relationships, and manage a small on-ground sales team. The ideal candidate should have average to good communication skills and the ability to execute sales targets in the field.
Drive field sales activities for both B2B and B2C customers
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Visit potential clients, conduct product/service presentations, and close deals
Manage and mentor a team of 2–4 field sales executives
Assign daily targets, track performance, and ensure achievement of sales goals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements
Ensure proper reporting of daily sales activities and MIS
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
Average to Good communication skills (verbal & basic written)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work in the field and meet customers regularly
Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools (preferred)
Team handling and people management skills
Result-oriented and self-motivated approach
