Hiring: Real Estate Sales Expert

Location: Gurugram – Sector 47, Near Subhash Chowk

Position: Sales Expert

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Hardcore Real Estate Sales

Vehicle Requirement: 4-Wheeler is Mandatory

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Job Responsibilities:

Generate and close leads through field sales, client visits, and site tours

Handle direct sales of residential & commercial real estate projects

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

Achieve monthly sales targets with a results-driven approach

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client experience

Provide expert guidance on property investments based on market trends

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in hardcore Real Estate sales

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven personality

Must own a 4-wheeler for field/client visits

Proven track record of closing high-value deals preferred
