Location: Mumbai , Pune, Nagpur
Reports to: Zonal / Regional Sales Head
Channel Expansion:
Identify and appoint Super Stockists and Distributors within the assigned territory.
Ensure proper coverage of retail outlets through appointed partners.
Sales Development:
Achieve sales targets by driving secondary and primary sales.
Monitor stock movement and ensure product availability in the market.
Business Growth & Market Penetration:
Develop the area by enhancing distribution footprint and visibility.
Work on increasing market share of Narayana Foods products in the territory.
Relationship Management:
Build strong working relationships with super stockists, distributors, and retailers.
Provide training, support, and motivation to partners for driving sales.
Market Intelligence:
Gather competitor insights and suggest strategies to management.
Provide regular feedback on market trends and consumer preferences.
Execution:
Ensure compliance with company policies, schemes, and trade promotions.
Monitor collections and ensure timely payments from distributors.
Graduate / MBA with 5–7 years of FMCG Sales experience.
Proven track record in appointing and managing super stockists / distributors
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in the bakery / confectionery / biscuits sector will be an added advantage.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
