Our mission is to bring nature to hospitality with elegance and quality.Role Overview:As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will be responsible for expanding Nahoria’s presence in your assigned region by building strong B2B relationships with hotels, resorts, guest houses, and distributors. You will drive sales, manage client accounts, and ensure revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new hotel clients, distributors, and bulk buyers.Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, GMs, and hotel owners.Present and promote Nahoria’s hotel product range effectively.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing.Coordinate with the head office for product samples, quotations, and client requirements.Submit daily/weekly sales reports and feedback.Requirements:Proven experience in B2B or hotel supplies sales (FMCG/amenities preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and meet targets.Good understanding of local market and hospitality sector.Own vehicle preferred for field visits.Perks & Benefits:Attractive fixed salary + unlimited performance incentives.Growth opportunities within Nahoria’s expanding network.Full support from head office for branding, marketing materials, and lead generation.
