• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
• 4–8 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Distribution Sales
• Experience in handling distributors and managing a field sales team
• Maintain accurate reports of sales performance, schemes, and collections.
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams for business efficiency.
• Provide timely feedback and reports to management.
