We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to lead loan sourcing and client acquisition efforts in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales, an understanding of Finance, and a passion for fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities:
· Source and acquire loan customers through field visits, references, and local market networking
· Conduct customer profiling, credit analysis, and initial documentation checks
· Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), and local business communities
· Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets
· Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies for market penetration
Key Requirements:.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales
· Good understanding of credit policies, Balance sheet heads like P/L, Current Assets/Liabilities, Current Ratio/Liquid Ratio, Debtor/Creditor, Net profit/ Gross profit and DSCR, EBITDA.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to travel extensively within the assigned territory
· Graduate in B.com is mandatory and MBA/PGDM preferred.
