Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets through direct customer interaction in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
Meet prospective customers to explain products/services and close sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records.
Coordinate with the internal sales and support teams for smooth order processing.
Follow up with clients for payments, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or marketing preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driving license is an advantage.
