We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) within a specific territory. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing territory-level strategies, guiding field staff.
Manage, train, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to achieve area sales targets.
Plan and execute effective sales strategies and territory coverage plans.
Monitor daily field activities, doctor coverage, and product promotion by the MRs.
Conduct joint fieldwork with team members to provide coaching and feedback.
