Handling field Sales force, Making Tour Plan, Sales Plan, Keeping Close watch on performance of Field Sales Executives.

Set the target of sales with plan to achieve Targets.

Handling Distribution and Channel sales, Visiting Potential dealers, Coordination between backoffice and field sales Team.

Deep Scrutiny of performance of Back-office sales team and Field sales team.

Attending Exhibitions for sales promotion.
