Field Sales Manager

We  Manufacture designs, & sell Modular Kitchens such as Stainless Steel, GI & Lingel German Windows since 2007. We also fabricate & sell Aluminium Doors & Windows under Brand name "Mettalica".

We primarily serve high-end clientele, working closely with Architects, builders, civil engineers, and interior designers.  

JD- Sales Manager 

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. 

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base. 

• Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to upper management. 

• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences. 

• Identify opportunities for business development and market expansion within the branch's territory. 

• Ensure successful achievement of branch targets by effectively managing the complete customer cycle, from initial contact to post-sale support and satisfaction.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
