Coordinate with veterinarians and paravets for field promotions.
Market Development
Appoint and develop new dealers/distributors in assigned areas.
Increase product penetration in rural markets.
Gather competitor and market information.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily sales and field activity reports.
Update management on customer feedback and market trends.
Track outstanding payments from dealers/distributors.
Good communication & convincing ability.
Knowledge of cattle feed, dairy farming, and rural markets.
Relationship-building skills with farmers and distributors.
Basic knowledge of animal nutrition & cattle management.
Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.
