Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and appoint new dealers across Gujarat.

• Develop and manage strong dealer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through dealer channels.

• Provide product training and sales support to dealers.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor dealer performance.

• Expand brand presence in untapped areas.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and service support.

• Report sales activities and dealer feedback to management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.

• Dealer Development (Solar Water Heaters)

• Basic knowledge of solar water heater systems is an advantage.

 Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
